1969

MONARCA T-SHIRTS & PANTS was created in 1969. It started with only four machines and six operators and the products used to be sold in the south of Tolima. The company was growing, and later, it counted on 15 operators, and its production was extended to the state of Huila.

1975

In 1975, the company already had 50 operators, distributing its production to the states of Tolima, Huila, Caquetá and Los Llanos. In 1978, the number of operators was increased to 120 and the production was taken to the state of Boyacá.

1980

In June, 1980 the company was registered in The Chamber of Commerce of Ibague. MONARCA T-SHIRTS & PANTS, sets itself to give the company a total change as for technology; and new systems were implemented, which led the company to improve the Quality of its products and sets up itself in the national market today; and with projects of exporting.

MONARCA T Shirts and Pants, has an Sport Chloting line, jeans and Classic pants, that is known nationwide as one of the best companies in the clothing industry for men and women.

2000

In 2000, sales to other countries began (Venezuela and The United States) and new contacts in Central America were made. Our objective is focused to help our clients to be more competitive considering the changes and innovations that constantly occur into the socio-economical milieu in which they perform.

From the development of this model of management important benefits for the companies and their workers are derived, increasing the productivity and efficiency, diminishing operational costs and avoiding the labor conflicts typical of the collective right of the work.

The company assumes all the legal acts generated from the work relation, as well as services of training and social welfare for its workers, according to the programs designed for this purpose.
